HR Consulting Solutions provides over 17 years of diversified Human Resource Management experience. Our President, Michelle Binks has a diverse background in both manufacturing and corporate office Human Resource Administration. She has worked for small companies having only one location to those having over twenty-six worldwide. During this period she was responsible for providing Human Resource support to over five manufacturing facilities simultaneously, including start-up facilities. She has experience working for union and non-union companies, including those unionized by the U.A.W.
She is a creative out-of-the-box thinker, effective with individuals at all levels within an organization and is known by her peers as being a person who will do whatever it takes, going above and beyond, to accomplish the goal at hand.
