About HR Consulting Solutions
Our President, Michelle Binks has a diverse background in both manufacturing and corporate office Human Resource Administration. She has over twenty years of HR expereince. She has worked for small companies having only one location to those having over twenty-six worldwide. Prior to opening her own HR firm, she was responsible for providing Human Resource support to over five manufacturing facilities simultaneously, including start-up facilities. She has experience working for union and non-union companies, including those unionized by the U.A.W.
She is a creative out-of-the-box thinker, effective with individuals at all levels within an organization and is known by her peers as being a person who will do whatever it takes, going above and beyond, to accomplish the goal at hand.
